Return Policy
All goods must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, including all the packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags and also the papers confirming the fact that the goods was bought from F2R online shop.
THERE IS NO OPTION TO RETURN WORN GOODS.
Shipping costs of returns are paid by the Sender.
F2R online shop reserves the right to refuse in refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to send it back (to return) to us.
Exchanges of Goods
Regards to the conditions of purchasing goods by remote means, the Buyer’s right to demand the exchange of goods of good quality for a similar product but the different color or style cannot be realized due to the impossibility of observing the exchange rules, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The buyer can return the goods in accordance with the established procedure and place a new order.
Returns Procedure
- It’s necessary to complete the returns form that you can easily find on our site.
- Once your return is approved, we send to you (to the email address pointed) SDEK’s waybill.
- We kindly ask you to pack returned goods carefully, better into the original packing and check all the labels are in order. We remind you that all the returned goods belong to you and you are responsible till the goods received and checked up by us.
The shipping costs of returning goods are paid by the Sender and can be implement by SDEK courier service only.
Regions and Abroad Returns
In order to return the goods, please contact us in a convenient way (e-mail or phone). Our managers will agree with you all the details of the returns and the necessary accompanying documents. After that, you will be provided with data for self-courier delivery to us.
Refund
When returning the proper quality unused goods, our online shop will make you the refund equal to the value of the goods within 10 days from the date the goods are received by us and the return procedure is approved on the basis of the completed goods returns form.
Refund Methods:
– Refunds are made directly to the account from which the payment was made, minus the amount of shipping and returns costs in your region.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10-14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers and also depends on the internal regulations/ the speed of processing your bank’s transactions.
